Access to this tool is for educational
and informational purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by Law, the User
shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless and be liable to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Cyber Security
Agency of Singapore (CSA), Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, Aon, Lloyd’s of
London, MSIG, SCOR, and TransRe, their directors, officers
and Affiliates (“Those Indemnified”) from and against any and all
claims, losses, damages, liabilities, suits, litigation, settlements, judgments,
costs and expenses, fines and penalties including loss of profits, business or
anticipated savings, or any other consequential loss and interests regardless
of whether they arise in contract, tort (including negligence) or under any
statute suffered or incurred by any of Those Indemnified as a result of a claim
by a third party in connection with the use or incorporation of The CyRiM Cyber Pricing Tool,
for the performance of the tool, or any wilful, fraudulent, unlawful or
negligent act or omission by the User. The term "Affiliates"
shall mean any
person, firm, corporation, association, organization, or unincorporated trade
or business that, now or hereafter, directly or indirectly, controls, is
controlled by, or is under common control with Those Indemnified, including
without limitation, any service corporation of Those Indemnified.
